These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of all products and services provided by CSS LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), a Swiss limited liability company. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide white-label SaaS platforms including but not limited to: CROWLR (HR recruitment), INVOC.io (food industry), INVOC.me (demand planning), KONIVE.com (AI career agent), PLANK (hyperlocal), INVOK.fr (learning), COMPR.app (credibility), CROWLR.io (events), and ContextEngine (MCP server).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise indicated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund policies vary by product and are specified in individual product terms.
All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platforms are owned by PROD LLC or its licensors. White-label clients receive a limited license to customize and redistribute under their own brand as specified in their service agreement.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nDSG). For enterprise clients, Data Processing Agreements (DPA) are available upon request.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, CSS LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
We target 99.9% uptime for our production services. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Either party may terminate the service by providing 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered seat of PROD LLC in Switzerland, subject to mandatory statutory provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platforms at least 30 days before taking effect.
