1. Data Controller

This Privacy Policy is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nDSG, revised version effective 1 September 2023) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account data: Name, email address, company name, phone number when you register or contact us.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral source.
  • Transaction data: Payment information processed via Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers.
  • Communication data: Content of emails and support requests you send us.

4. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and maintaining our services (contractual necessity)
  • Processing payments (contractual necessity)
  • Sending service-related communications (legitimate interest)

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers (hosting, payment processing, analytics) who process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations. Data may be transferred to countries outside Switzerland/EEA only with adequate safeguards in place.
